Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions outlined herein shall govern the relationship between the customer and Cosmia Aesthetic, pertaining to the services and products provided by the company, and all relevant aspects that arise during the period of services offered at the outlets or as per the contract agreement between the customer and the company.

1. CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATION

1.1 The Customer shall provide Cosmia Aesthetic with full cooperation and all necessary information concerning the Indemnity declaration form, health conditions, allergies, and agreed-upon after-treatment effects that may occur. The customers' health conditions, related records, and any other information and cooperation that Cosmia Aesthetic may reasonably request, in order to enable the company to perform the services.

1.2 Before proceeding with any treatment, the Customer shall clarify the cause and after-effects of treatments as advised and provided by Cosmia Aesthetic.

1.3 During the term of services, the Customer shall remove all items and articles of value and importance and store them in areas designated by Cosmia Aesthetic to avoid any subsequent disputes arising from the loss or misplacement of such items or articles. Cosmia Aesthetic shall not be liable for any loss or misplacement of any such items or articles.

2. EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

2.1 Please note that facial and wellness treatments at Cosmia Aesthetic aim to improve your current skin/health issue(s), and the outcome of the treatment is subjective. Results may vary between individuals.

2.2 All products used or to be used in Cosmia Aesthetic's services have no known side effects, but in the unlikely event of skin irritation due to the Customer's allergies or sensitive skin, or the appearance of redness or bruises due to the Customer's own physical body constitution, Cosmia Aesthetic will not be held responsible.

3. REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

3.1 Cosmia Aesthetic is committed to fair trading practices and does not condone any element of coercion, duress, or undue pressure in our customers' purchases or during treatment. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may obtain a refund in accordance with our refund policy and the procedure set out below, with valid proof of purchase.

3.2 As customer satisfaction is important to us, we have implemented a five (5) working day cooling off period. During this period, you are free to consider whether you are satisfied with your purchase(s) and our services provided. If you request to cancel your membership within five working days from the date of payment, we will be glad to offer you a refund. Please email your written cancellation notice to cosmia.aesthetic@gmail.com.

(a)      For Pre-payment Products

  • As a member, you have the right to cancel your membership within 5 working days of making payment without incurring any cancellation charges.

  • However, if you cancel between 6 and 30 days from the date of payment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the value of any unused treatment sessions will apply.

  • If you cancel between 31 days and 1 year from the date of payment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of any unused treatment sessions will apply.

  • After 1 year from the date of payment, no cash refund will be available, but you may exchange any unused membership credits for products. If you choose to discontinue or cancel your membership, the individually listed prices of the services or treatments you have used will be calculated, and any complimentary products or treatments you received as part of your membership package will be charged accordingly, in case you were given membership price reductions instead of paying the individually listed prices.

​Please be aware that the Company may charge a reasonable administrative fee for any refunds, even during the cooling-off period. This fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

(b)      For Merchandised Products purchased  

  • At Cosmia Aesthetic, we do not offer refunds, but within 5 working days of purchase, products or services of equivalent value may be exchanged or replaced if there is a manufacturer's defect. We value customer feedback and have complaint forms available to help address any issues.

(c)  Membership Validity

  •  Membership purchased are valid for 12 months, except for membership value above SGD2000 to be valid for 24 months from date of purchase. 

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

4.1 of the agreement states that if there is any dispute related to the agreement, it should first be reported to Cosmia aesthetic Customer Care through email at cosmia.aesthetic@gmail.com or by calling 82827026 during their working hours of 10am-8pm.

4.2 Additionally, section 4.2 states that the company, Cosmia Aesthetic, reserves the right to take legal action against any customer who defames the company and causes direct or indirect loss to its interests and reputation.

5. DATA AND INFORMATION SECURITY 

5.1      The company may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of all members, non-members, customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act 26 of 2012) (“PDPA”).

5.2       For members and customers in an ongoing relationship with the Company, personal data may be collected and used for future marketing activities. If you do not wish to receive further marketing and promotional materials and information from us, you may opt-out by writing in to cosmia.aesthetic@gmail.com. Your request of withdrawal will take effect within 30 days from our received date.
